I. GOOGLE API SERVICES: USER DATA POLICY (MANDATORY CLAUSES)

Compliance with Google's Requirements. Because Georges Online Academy uses Google Calendar and Google Meet APIs to provide core scheduling and communication features, your use of our platform is subject to the following Google requirements:

1. Data Transparency and Consent

• Clear Disclosure: We will clearly and accurately inform you about the specific types of Google user data we access (e.g., Calendar events, user email) and the precise reasons for that access immediately before requesting your consent.

• Purpose Limitation: We will strictly limit access, use, and storage of your Google user data to providing the explicitly disclosed, user-facing features (scheduling sessions, setting reminders, creating Meet links). We will never use your data for advertising, market research, or any purpose not clearly disclosed.

• No Misrepresentation: We will not misrepresent our identity or the purposes for which we request or use Google user data.

2. Data Security and Use Restrictions

• Security Commitment: We are committed to protecting the security of your Google user data. All data is handled securely and transmitted using modern cryptography (HTTPS).

• Prohibited Use: We strictly prohibit the sale or transfer of your Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated business purposes.

• Data Minimization: We only request access to the minimum data necessary to provide the features (e.g., read/write access for Calendar events).

3. User Control and Data Management

• Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of your Google user data held by Georges Online Academy. Instructions for account deletion are readily available, which will include the deletion of associated Google data.

• Consent Withdrawal: You can revoke our access to your Google Calendar and Meet data at any time by visiting the Security Settings page of your Google Account. Features dependent on this data will cease to function upon withdrawal of consent.

II. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using George’s Online Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

b. Eligibility Requirements

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register as a student or purchase services. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and management of their account by an adult.

• Technology Requirements: Users must maintain a stable internet connection, a device capable of accessing platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom/Meet, and a valid email address.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and use of the platform.

c. Services Offered

We provide online tutoring sessions, resources, and educational tools, utilizing scheduled and on-demand services integrated with third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration details and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Georges Online Tutoring is committed to a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. All participants agree to the following standards:

1. Respectful Behavior: Treat all participants with courtesy and professionalism. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or offensive language is strictly prohibited.

2. Punctuality: Students must attend sessions on time and notify the tutor at least 6 hours in advance of cancellation/rescheduling. Tutors must give at least 12 hours' notice if unavailable.

3. Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or requesting tutors to complete assignments is strictly prohibited. Tutors provide guidance, not completion.

4. Privacy and Safety: No recording of sessions is allowed without mutual consent. All parties must respect the privacy and confidentiality of shared information.

5. Reporting: Any violations of this Code should be reported immediately to the admin team at [admin@georgestutoring.com].

g. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct.
