e. Payment Terms

f. Code of Conduct

Georges Online Tutoring is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment for everyone. By using our services, both students and tutors agree to follow this Code of Conduct:

1. Respectful Behavior

• All participants must treat each other with courtesy and professionalism.
  
  

• Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
  
  

• Cultural sensitivity is expected at all times, given our international community.
  
  

2. Punctuality and Attendance

• Students must attend sessions on time and inform the tutor at least 6 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
  
  

• Tutors must start sessions on time and give at least 12 hours’ notice if unavailable (except emergencies).
  
  

• Repeated lateness or no-shows may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
  
  

3. Academic Integrity

• Cheating, plagiarism, or requesting tutors to complete assignments or exams on a student’s behalf is strictly prohibited.
  
  

• Tutors are to support learning and guide understanding, not do the work for students.
  
  

4. Professional Communication

• Communication should remain clear, polite, and related to academic goals.
  
  

• No sharing of inappropriate content or personal contact outside the platform without permission.
  
  

5. Privacy and Safety

• All parties must respect each other’s privacy and confidentiality.
  
  

• No recording of sessions is allowed without mutual consent.
  
  

• Personal information shared must be protected, and any violations may result in account termination.
  
  

6. Use of Technology

• Students and tutors must ensure they are in a quiet, stable internet environment during sessions.
  
  

• Disruptive background noise, multitasking, or using tutoring time for unrelated activities is discouraged.
  
  

7. Reporting Violations

• Any violations of this Code should be reported to the admin team at  [admin@georgestutoring.com].
  
  

• We take all reports seriously and will investigate confidentially.

g. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.
